Our Guest Services Department operates 7 days per week – hours may vary depending on business needs.
Additional Responsibilities Include:
- Assists with movement of luggage and other related items upon arrival and departure.
- Responsible for assisting and providing information pertaining to the resort, including outlets and special features.
- Maintains security of baggage and key storage area.
- Inspects for damages before taking control of a vehicle.
- Issues and collects guests claim tickets, which must contain name, license plate number, and location of vehicle.
- Assists in other related duties as requested by management.

- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid State of Hawaii Driver’s License
- Able to bend, stoop, walk and lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- 1+ years of related experience
- 3+ years of driving experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in the English language to communicate both verbally and in writing with guests, owners and co-workers, and fully comprehend job assignments
