We are looking for a Full-Time Front Desk Night Auditor to join our team at The Suite at Falls Creek in Branson, MO. In this position, you will be responsible for the auditing, posting and balancing of daily transactions to support the resort continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
Schedule: FT Hybrid Night Audit/Evenign Shifts : 2 Overnight shifts 11:00pm-7:30am and 3 Evenings 2:30pm-11:00 pm

What will I be doing:
- Follows audit procedures to balance daily revenue and expense transactions.
- Produces various reports for management.
- Ensures that all charges have been posted to the appropriate guest folio or master account
- Generates housekeeping reports and prints folios departures.
- Calculates account balance at month-end and submits to accounting.
- Check-in, check-out guests.
- Assists with guest and owner needs and requests.
What are we looking for?
To fulfill this role successfully, you possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- High School diploma/GED
- 6 month’s Auditing experience
Preferred, but not required:
- Associate’s Degree/College Degree
- 1-2 years of related experience
- Hotel Front Desk Experience
- Customer service or similar related experience.
