Experienced Sales Agents / Sales Representative Needed!
Hilton Grand Vacations is seeking professional Sales Agents. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, professional, and capable of closing a sale in a fast-paced environment. Excellent Pay:
Our top performers after one year of employment can average $85,000+ per year by working an average of 33 hours per week. Come work with us, and we will train you to be a top performer.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Handle a large volume of outbound calls using a predictive dialer (No cold calling).
- Ability to overcome objections.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Telesales experience is a plus, but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Professional demeanor and phenomenal attitude.
- We will train you for success.

- High School Diploma or GED
- Many of our top-performing sales professionals come from a wide range of industries, including finance, investments, real estate, luxury goods, fundraising, entrepreneurship, automotive sales, hospitality, telephone sales, insurance sales, customer service, solar sales, door-to-door, furniture, mattress, and personal services
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- 1 year Call Center Sales experience
- 1 year experience working in Timeshare
- Must have the ability to navigate multiple computer systems and screens simultaneously.
