Position Statement and Summary:
Support Local marketing, Direct marketing to assist booking tour reservations for Sales.
- Support each other and assist to achieve the targets for individuals and teams
- Create tour grid and manage tour schedules (manifests) for Japan and Korea
- Provide live availability and overbooking slots to MEs and call center agents, and handle other internal phone calls
- Answer questions from other department and provide right answers and feedback
- Input client information and book tour reservations using the designated internal system (Choice RESERVE, VOICE, Sales Force, Clarity)
- Check and modify entered data in the system
- Verify promotion code, gift, tour history to see if tours are correctly offered to the guests followed by APAC Tour Rule.
- Liaise and support each sales gallery, marketing, contract department, and other departments
- Handling E-mails, Forms/Planner, Choice RESERVE
- Provide feedbacks to Management, hold constant team meeting to improve performance
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

- マニフェストチームメンバーのサポートや、個人またはチーム全体のターゲット達成のアシスト
- 日本と韓国における説明会予約スケジュール(マニフェスト)の作成、管理
- MEやコールセンターエージェントに空き状況案内、その他社内電話対応
- 他部署からの質問へ的確に回答し、フィードバックを行う
- 社内で指定されたシステムを使用し顧客情報や説明会予約データを入力( VOICE, Sales Force, Clarity)
- 入力されたデータのチェックと修正
- APACツアールールに則ったプロモーションコードが入力され、ギフト、ツアー履歴が正しく案内されているかの確認
- 各セールスギャラリー、マーケティング、契約部、その他の部署との連携・サポート
- Eメール、Forms/Planner、Choice RESERVEを使用した対応とコミュニケーション
- パフォーマンス向上のためのミーティングでの意見交換、上長へフィードバックの提供
- その他上長から指示される業務の実施
