Position Summary:
We’re looking for an experienced social media content leader with strong creative instincts, operational rigor, and the ability to guide teams in a fast-paced, highly visible environment. The ideal candidate brings experience in:
- Developing and executing organic social content strategies for large, consumer-facing brands
- Leading teams responsible for content planning, publishing, and optimization across platforms
- Writing, editing, and approving on-brand social copy for brand channels and executive voices
- Partnering cross-functionally with stakeholders including Brand, PR, Legal, HR, and Customer teams
- Applying platform best practices to drive engagement, relevance, and consistency
- Using performance insights to refine content strategy and improve outcomes over time
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the organic content strategy and execution across Hilton Grand Vacations’ social media channels
- Manage and mentor a team of social media specialists responsible for content creation, publishing, and optimization
- Own the social content calendar, ensuring alignment with brand priorities, campaigns, and key initiatives
- Oversee social copy development and approvals, maintaining a consistent brand voice across channels
- Partner closely with Community Management and Customer Engagement teams to ensure content aligns with audience needs and sentiment
- Collaborate with PR, Legal, and Corporate Communications teams to support brand initiatives and executive communications
- Support crisis and high-risk moments by providing content guidance and messaging support, in partnership with the broader social and communications teams
- Stay current on platform trends, formats, and functionality to inform content recommendations and experimentation
- Continuously evaluate content performance and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency
- Perform other duties as assigned
This role is primarily work-from-home, with periodic availability required in the Orlando, Florida area for in-person events, collaboration, and office days.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience with SM management tools such a as Sprinklr

Experience running SM CoE for a global organization.
- Flexible schedule.
- BA/BS/Bachelor’s Degree
- 5-7 years of related experience
- 2 years of management or supervisory experience
