In this position, you will advise and coordinate daily work assignments and specific tasks performed by Maintenance Technicians.
Responsibilities include:
- Supervise, direct and train a team of highly motivated Technicians.
- Assist the Chief Engineer with special projects.
- Visually inspect, operate, and maintain guestrooms, common area and associated equipment systems throughout the property.
- Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the facility including guestrooms, common areas, boilers, chillers, air compressors and related facility equipment
- Monitor, maintain and test Emergency and Life Safety systems.
- Record and maintain various logs and preventative maintenance records.
- Monitor team member efficiency, quality and guest response
- May be required to do other duties and special projects assigned by the Chief Engineer.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience accepted.
- 3 years of building and/or property maintenance.
- EPA, OSHA, and CPO Certifications preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Proficient with technology for reporting and work requests.
