What Will I be Doing?
The Manager of Performance Marketing plays a results-driven pivotal role in growing new memberships by driving momentum post-product launch, optimizing performance and leading full-funnel integrated digital campaigns. The ideal candidate brings a blend of analytical rigor, creative marketing instincts, and end‑to‑end campaign ownership experience. You will shape the marketing roadmap, manage cross‑functional partners, and continually optimize campaign performance to fuel sustainable growth.
Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement multi-channel digital marketing strategies that align with business goals fueling lead generation and conversions.
- Identify opportunities to expand audience reach, re-engage early adopters and move prospects through the conversion funnel
- Oversee execution of integrated digital campaigns across email, e‑commerce, paid media, and emerging channels.
- Implement continuous optimization strategies—including A/B tests, creative refinements, funnel improvements, audience segmentation, and personalization—to increase conversions and ROI.
- Leverage strategic and affiliate partnerships to expand reach, increase visibility, and drive qualified demand.
- Monitor digital performance metrics, utilizing analytics to track KPIs, optimize spend, and maximize ROI.
- Present campaign insights, performance reporting, and recommendations to leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders.
Project & Program Management
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects and marketing initiatives, ensuring they meet scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Identify risks, manage issues, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration, ensuring alignment among marketing, creative, analytics, product, technology, and external partners.
- Maintain clear, consistent communication with stakeholders at all levels, providing timely updates on progress, dependencies, and decisions.
- Continuously evaluate project processes and introduce improvements to enhance efficiency and execution quality.
Data, Analytics & Marketing Technology
- Analyze campaign and customer data using Excel, analytics platforms (Google/Adobe), data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau), and marketing technology systems.
- Interpret performance insights to influence digital strategy and continuous optimization.
- Ensure accuracy and quality of reporting, dashboards, and project documentation.
- Stay current on digital trends, tools, and best practices to enhance capabilities and drive innovation.
To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- BA/BS/Bachelor’s Degree

5+ years of hands‑on experience leading paid media strategy and execution across search, social, display, programmatic, and/or video channels.

Deep channel expertise with a proven track record of building, optimizing, and scaling high‑performance campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Advanced hands-on proficiency in paid media platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, DV360, Zeta Global and/or other equivalent tools.

Demonstrated success managing budgets, pacing, forecasting, and performance reporting with accuracy and strategic rigor across multiple channels.
- Strong ability to interpret complex data sets, create dashboards and translate metrics into actionable strategies
