- Meets Guests at designated locations.
- Coordinates/Communicates with the Transportation Team all guests that need to be picked up or taken back to their resort.
- Walk guests to and from the sales centers.
- Maintain a courteous, smiling personality at all times while following the Hilton culture.
- Checks and corrects manifested tours daily for accurate transportation pick-up.
- Keeps track of daily gas receipts.
- Ensure timely transportation pickups are communicated.
- Greet customers, vendors, guests and team members in a manner in which will promote the highest level of customer service.
- Carries out all reasonable requests by management of which the employee is capable of performing.
To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- Valid Driver’s license
- Professional and Positive appearance and attitude
- Have a thorough understanding of HGV’s different departments for proper customer assistance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Programs
- Must be able to meet and deal with people from all walks of life with ease and diplomacy.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be available to work Saturdays, Sundays, evenings, holidays and any other days/ hours as required per business needs.
- Provides exceptional customer service and have working knowledge of Hotel Operations and provide directions and/or information as needed to hotel guests.
- Ability to build instant rapport with guests projecting a professional company image.
