The Mail Courier is responsible for daily mail runs between Hilton properties and vendors in the Las Vegas region. The Mail Courier is the glue that keeps our Sales and Marketing operations flow seamlessly.

Pick up and transport contracts, mail, and boxes daily, delivering them to necessary locations.

Coordinate and communicates with Transportation, Sales, Resort, Marketing and Field Ops Teams to ensure all necessary pickups and deliveries are made.

Able to lift up-to 50lbs.

Communicate inventory needs for departments and purchase / pick up items when necessary.

Utilize company provided radio, phone, computers, iPads, mailvans and transportation vehicles as needed.

Keeps track of daily gas receipts, petty cash, and all applicable receipts.

Assist with dropping off and picking up vehicles for maintenance.

Navigate the major roads, back roads, Las Vegas Strip, Freemont Street, during peak traffic times.

Pick up and drop off owners, members, team members, and guests as requested to designated locations

Act as a Las Vegas Hilton Ambassador and give details regarding Las Vegas to guests, give exceptional customer service including but not limited to taking souvenir photographs of the guests.

Ensure timely transportation pickups and deliveries are communicated.

Work special events and transporting Executives.

Complete Vehicle Condition reports, pre and post trip.

Clean vehicles daily during pre-shift and throughout the day.

Assist with freight deliveries and storage/facilities management.

Assist with relocation of department/ office materials

- Uphold Hilton’s cultural standards and consistently demonstrate a courteous, positive, and professional demeanor.
- Maintain availability to work weekends, evenings, holidays, and other hours required to support business needs.
- Fulfill all reasonable requests from management within the scope of assigned responsibilities.
- Possess a valid driver’s license.
- Be able to perform essential physical tasks, including standing, sitting, walking, climbing stairs, crouching, bending, stooping, reaching, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling.
