Main Responsibilities:
- Greeting guests and owners on arrival.
- Check in/out guests.
- Generates folio and collects payments.
- Receives housekeeping and maintenance requests or work orders and contacts accurate departmental personnel.
- Prepares and consistently restocks the front desk with supplies including preparing arrival packets and area information.
- Answering phones and directing calls.
- Other duties as assigned by your leader.
What are we looking for:
- Proficient English language
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks to meet organizational goals and expectations.
- 6 months’ Customer Service Experience.
- Open and flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
