As an Action Line TO you would be responsible for:
- Generating maximum sales efficiencies, while maintaining or exceeding targeted net sales volume.
- Promote and support branded Hilton Grand Vacations and Hilton Club culture.
- Assisting with supervision and lead all aspects of sales line through mentoring, modeling and reinforcing effective sales and customer service practices, behaviors and results.
- Maintaining a professional and personal image that upholds the HGV standards of integrity, quality and service to customers
- Assists sales representatives in closing sales, as well as in the preparation of necessary documentation for completing sales transactions.
- The In-House Sales Manager will manage sales line to maximize operating budget targets.
- In-House Sales Manager is responsible for maintaining HGV minimum performance standards.
- Attends and conducts site meetings as directed.
- Conducts sales presentations as prospect flow dictates.
- May conduct refresher training for sales representatives falling below minimum standards.
- Specific managerial duties as assigned varies from sales site.
- Presents prices, financing, and incentives to prospective sales guests.
- Makes the decision when to close negotiations to complete a sale to a guest.

- 2 years proven track record of success in Timeshare Sales is required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to acquire a valid Hawaii real estate license.
- Demonstrated ability to be professional and communicate clearly with internal and external customers.
- High school diploma or GED.
