Our Lead In-House Marketing Representative role entails supervising and owning the activities of the Marketing Team, in support of the Manager of Marketing while acquiring maximum production and efficiencies.
- Assist management in achieving/exceeding departmental monthly budgets.
- Assist with implementing department initiatives to increase efficiency while maintaining a positive demeanor and work environment towards guests and team members.
- Ensure team members are using company-approved scripts when speaking to guests.
- Provide coverage as needed.
- Communicate the customer needs and interests to management so the Company will continue to change based on the market’s needs.
- Communicate information to prospective clients regarding the area’s locations and activities.
- Ensure In House team members consistently have all tools and collateral to perform their job stocked at their respective locations.
- Assist in other related duties as assigned.
Schedule Details: Our Marketing Concierge will work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
Eligibility: All U.S. hourly Team Members not represented by a labor organization or subject to the collective bargaining agreement.
To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in the vacation ownership industry.
- 1+ years of supervisory experience in the marketing/vacation ownership industry.
- Strong ability to learn and use office support software including, but not limited to, MS Office 365, Adobe, and Windows
- Proficient English language interpersonal skills to communicate both verbally and in writing
- Flexible to work varied days and shifts, including weekends, and/or holidays
- Up to date knowledge of the local area’s attractions and points of interest
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- BA/BS or bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of related experience and/or 2+ years of supervisory experience
