Currently seeking team members who are passionate about building lasting vacation memories for owners/guests visiting our resort properties! You are someone who is service orientated, thoughtful, courteous, excellent with both children and adults in providing a refreshing environment.
What will I be doing?
As a Recreation Coordinator, promote the resort’s recreation, activity, and educational programs, outdoor activities, trivia, crafting, etc, and other entertainment opportunities, which at times means being a pool attendant.
- Coordinate recreational programs on a day-to-day basis for all age groups according to needs and interests of guests/owners, resort requirements, and seasonal opportunities
- Plan, coordinate, and instruct specific classes, activities, and events, including special events, holiday programs, competitions, mixers, and other group activities
- Monitor pool activities, towel inventory control, and all other activity common areas
- Responding to all guest requests to ensure client satisfaction; willing to “pitch-in” and help co-workers with their job duties and being an outstanding teammate.
Schedule: Full-time, Year-Round; 30 hours weekly with increase to 40 hours during season. Day/Mid shifts required, possible second shift.
What are we looking for?

To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- High School/GED
- 6 Months Customer Service
- Ability to work any day of the week and any shift to include weekends and holidays.
- Must possess/have the ability to obtain a current Food Handlers Certification
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- 2 years of practical recreation experience
- 1 year of concierge work experience
