What will I be doing?

Como Cajero/a Recepcionista usted será responsable de:

Proporcionar un servicio amable, eficaz y profesional, garantizando una experiencia agradable desde el momento del registro hasta la salida. Anticipar las necesidades de los huéspedes, asegurándose de que cada interacción sea personalizada y memorable, así como facilitar cualquier solicitud o inquietud que pueda surgir durante la estancia.

Revisar salidas pendientes, en caso de haberlas, verificar que se les del seguimiento adecuado.
Revisar llegadas pendientes, (Número de Villas en tarjeta de registro deberán cuadrar con sistema).
Realizar las actividades de registro de entrada y salida de huéspedes.
Asistir a clientes con reservaciones que no aparezcan en sistema (llegadas sin récord).
Efectuar el cargo adecuado y cobro eficiente de las cuentas de los huéspedes.
Realizar ajustes por reclamaciones de huéspedes de acuerdo a instrucciones de su supervisor o gerente de área.
Asegurar con el trabajo en equipo la satisfacción del huésped de los servicios proporcionados por la recepción.

At the 2025 ARDA Awards Program, we made our mark by taking home a record-breaking 18 awards. For the third consecutive year, HGV proudly took home two distinguished ARDA Circle of Excellence (ACE) Awards. First, the ACE Culture and Belonging Award highlights our unwavering commitment to “Putting People First.” Second, Maui Bay Villas, a Hilton Grand Vacations Club received the esteemed ACE Resort of the Year Award, a tribute to the excellence of our HGV hospitality and Hawaii Team Members. We made history at the 2025 American Resort Development Association (ARDA) Awards Program by securing an HGV-record-breaking 18 awards, celebrating our resorts and Team Members. Guided by our commitment to mālama and #HGVServes, a group of Waikoloa Team Members lent their time and effort to prepare and serve 741 meals to those in need. The team also helped at the church's thrift store, sorting donations and organizing the space. We're proud to make a positive impact and strengthen our bond with the Waimea community. "Serving is what our teams do best, and we're always thrilled when we're able to serve those in our communities," said Freddy L., general manager of Ocean Tower. "These are our neighbors and community members who take care of us everyday, so we're eager to be able to do the same for them and provide warm meals. This is the second time we're supporting St. James, and we look forward to doing it many more times."

In honor of Women’s History Month, Hilton Grand Vacations proudly partnered with Habitat for Humanity Greater Orlando & Osceola County for their 15th Annual Women’s Build. As part of this initiative, #HGVServes volunteers worked on landscaping, planted a tree and helped lay sod to support a local woman and her family in their journey towards homeownership. This marks our fourth year participating in the Women’s Build, continuing our ongoing commitment to empowering women and giving back to our communities. It was an honor to join HGV’s Women’s Team Member Resource Group (TMRG) and fellow Team Members to make a meaningful impact and celebrate the power of coming together to build a brighter future.

We proudly partnered with @habitatorlandoosceola for the 15th Annual Women’s Build, where #HGVServes volunteers, alongside members of the Women’s Team Member Resource Group (TMRG), supported a local woman and her family by landscaping, planting a tree and laying sod at the site of their new home.
