The New Member Journey Regional Manager is responsible for overseeing Supervisors and teams ongoing performance, while delivering and exceeding budgeted expectations. Collaborates with key field stakeholders to continually enhance streamlined workflows while delivering best practices and developing recommendations to increase performance.

Our Sales Department operates 7 days per week. Hours of operation may vary based upon business needs.
Additional Responsibilities Include:
- Manage New Member Journey daily operations expectations within their assigned area
- Oversees and assists with staff management and development within an assigned region inclusive of recruitment, succession planning, onboarding, training, scheduling, coaching and motivating sales team; ensures staffing levels are maintained within each site as outlined in the budget headcount.
- Meet and exceed site penetration expectations in applicable region
- Involved with New Member Journey rep training and ongoing training, enhancing personal development and best practices
- Strong partnership and collaboration with Quality Assurance Leadership to achieve maximum penetration
- Partner with department Leadership to support strategies while enhancing the new member journey across the company, ensuring program and brand continuity while meeting organizational and operational objectives.
- Understands Sales and Marketing culture at each site while building and maintaining strong relationships
- Payroll processing
- Embodies the Hilton Grand Vacations Values of Hospitality, Integrity, Leadership, Teamwork, Ownership, Now,
- Completes all required Company training/compliance courses as assigned and adheres to Company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to manage, motivate and exceed goals
- 3+ years of related experience, 3+ years of managerial experience
- Demonstrated ability to be professional and communicate clearly with internal and external customers
- Results oriented, with strong analysis, evaluation and planning capabilities
- Proven track record in productivity and performance management
- Reliable transportation and flexibility with work locations – able to travel throughout Sales sites in Hawaii as needed
