Be part of Hilton Grand Vacations/Bluegreen Vacations, where we strive to provide flawless vacation experiences to our valued customers. As a Vacation Sales Representative, your role will be crucial in promoting and selling world-class vacation packages from a Hilton Grand Vacations Kiosk to guests inside Cabela’s and Bass Pro locations. We offer comprehensive training and proven sales techniques to equip you for success in this role.

Competitive earnings package with an income potential of $65K and above. Our top performers in 2024 averaged over $100K!

Key Responsibilities:

Persuasively present and sell vacation ownership packages to potential customers, ensuring a high level of happiness and engagement.
Build and maintain relationships: Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers and team members, encouraging a collaborative and inclusive environment.
Achieve and exceed sales targets: Set ambitious goals and work diligently to meet and surpass sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the team.
Provide exceptional customer service: Deliver an outstanding customer experience by understanding the needs of customers and offering tailored solutions that meet their vacation dreams.
Participate in training programs: Engage in ongoing training and development programs to improve your sales skills and product knowledge, ensuring you stay ahead in a competitive market.

Requirements:

Proven sales experience preferred.
Outstanding communication abilities: Strong verbal and written abilities to effectively engage with guests and team members.
Positive attitude and enthusiastic personality: A can-do attitude and the ability to encourage guests and colleagues alike.
Ability to work flexible hours: Be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to meet the demands of our guests.
Proficient in relevant software: Basic proficiency with CRM tools and other sales-related software.
High school diploma or equivalent experience: Demonstrating the necessary foundational skills for success.

In honor of Women’s History Month, Hilton Grand Vacations proudly partnered with Habitat for Humanity Greater Orlando & Osceola County for their 15th Annual Women’s Build. As part of this initiative, #HGVServes volunteers worked on landscaping, planted a tree and helped lay sod to support a local woman and her family in their journey towards homeownership. This marks our fourth year participating in the Women’s Build, continuing our ongoing commitment to empowering women and giving back to our communities. It was an honor to join HGV’s Women’s Team Member Resource Group (TMRG) and fellow Team Members to make a meaningful impact and celebrate the power of coming together to build a brighter future.

We proudly partnered with @habitatorlandoosceola for the 15th Annual Women’s Build, where #HGVServes volunteers, alongside members of the Women’s Team Member Resource Group (TMRG), supported a local woman and her family by landscaping, planting a tree and laying sod at the site of their new home. In celebration of Black History Month, our B.E.A.T. TMRG hosted a "Sit and Paint" event at a local Black-owned business, A Perfect Union Art Gallery. Our Orlando Team Members gathered to paint together in person and a group of remote individuals joined in on the fun virtually. This experience perfectly aligned with HGV's mission of celebrating individuality and fostering inclusion. Gareth Edwards, the gallery owner, shared "At A Perfect Union Art Gallery, we believe that art has the power to unite, inspire and heal." It was a fun way to unleash our creativity, inspire one another and come together to try something new. #LifeAtHGV

Our dedicated South Carolina Team Members joined forces with Habitat for Humanity of Horry County to assist Myrtle Beach-native Vanessa and her family. After enduring unsafe living conditions, Vanessa reached out to Habitat for Humanity for help. Thanks to the collective efforts of Habitat and our team, she now has the safety, stability and support she deserves. We are thrilled to be part of her journey and look forward to supporting more families in need through #HGVServes.
