RESPONSIBILITIES:
As an In House Marketing Representative you would be responsible for driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Provides information & Incentives for guests to attend a sales presentation.
- Ensures guests meets minimum eligibility for gifts as provided or promotes a courtesy tour.
- Executes on batch messages to guest rooms at designated location at the start of each work shifts.
- Collects tour deposits and completes required paperwork accurately and completely for each tour with reservations.
- Ensures that guests purchase only one mini-vacation every three years.
- Calls tour desk/manifest throughout the day to check availability as to not overbook a wave.
TYPES OF CANDIDATES WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Customer Service and/or sales experience
- Excellent interpersonal and guest relations skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Be highly driven and a self-starter
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and balance priorities.
- Ability to accept rejection in a proactive manner
