As a Pool Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the pool area in a clean, orderly fashion while assuring all pool safety rules and regulations are enforced. Schedule Details: Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. 8 hours shift will be assigned between 6am-7pm.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Maintain a neat and orderly pool deck, including but not limited to, washing and scrubbing pool furniture, hosing down the pool deck, sweeping up debris and trash, blowing off pool deck areas, and other functions that create a well-kept pool deck.
- Ensure a smooth flow and control of resort pool towels while maintaining the neatness of the Towel Desk. Maintains proper stock levels in the Towel Desk.
- Responsible for cash handling and merchandise sales at the Towel Desk.
- Rent and sign out recreation equipment to guests.
- Assist in recreation programs as required.
- Monitor pool and enforce all safety rules and regulations.
- Support Recreation Manager/Supervisor in day to day recreational programs for all ages and groups according to the needs and interests of guest/owners, resort requirements and seasonal opportunities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Prior customer service experience
- Ability to tolerate environmental factors such as humidity, cold/heat, dust, and noise
- Able to efficiently perform basic arithmetic operations (add, subtract, multiply, and divide)
- Able to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs. with reasonable accommodations
It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Prior hospitality experience
- CPR Certification and First Aid certification
- Basic level Japanese language skills
