Manage and lead the Marketing and Lead Generation teams at Hilton Grand Vacations as the Sr Director of Marketing. Provide high-touch leadership training, coaching, and mentoring. Also responsible for day-to-day operations, driving production and efficiencies, and promoting team member engagement in a virtual environment. Develop, maintain, and implement departmental policies while streamlining processes.
What will I be doing
As a Sr Director of Marketing, you will implement your position’s responsibilities in alignment with our Spirit of Service culture. You will drive company success by performing the following tasks to the highest standards.
- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance tour flow, conversion, penetration, and overall efficiency in lead deliveries.
- Partner with Business Operations to develop and enforce departmental policies that are in alignment with the core metrics of the Direct Sales operation.
- Collaborate to ensure effective implementation of marketing plans, surpassing targets for tour flow, efficiency, net sales volume, and other relevant metrics when introducing new initiatives.
- Recruit, hire, and train personnel for Marketing and Direct Sales.
- Coordinate day-to-day operations, including but not limited to scheduling, team meetings, and addressing team member concerns.
- Handle customer questions that may arise during the marketing process.
- Apply company programs to monitor team members’ interactions to ensure they are upholding the HILTON Values.
- Enhance company reward programs to provide genuine and timely recognition to drive retention, team member happiness, and overall production.
- Champion Hilton quality customer care culture throughout all marketing channels.
- Lead marketing efforts and continue to evolve initiatives to capitalize on member and new member channels through increased lead conversion, improved show rate, and strategic lead maximization.
- Coordinate and implement regular and ongoing training programs to develop marketing team members.
- Supervise all aspects of the confirmation process to ensure there is a coordinated effort with the Marketing Lead Generation Agents to boost show rate.

- Consistent track record of outstanding results in timeshare sales
- Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- 2+ years' experience managing, coaching or supervising team members.
- 2+ years' of proven front to back sales experience within timeshare sales.
- Prior experience closing sales or sales management experience.
