- · Assist in preparing Discharges or Satisfaction of Mortgages or Deeds of Trust with Bluegreen Vacations Corp., Investor’s owned loans or FBS serviced loans.
- · Creation of Release documents (Templates) and Notarize documents
- · Review completed Releases to ensure compliance with Counties/Investors regulations.
- · Prepare Re-assignments and Releases for FBS investors.
- · Process REO’s loans monthly, creating Releases and/or Assignments.
- · Process and prepare re-Assignments for Cease and Desist loans.
- · Process and prepare re-Assignments for Cohn and Dussi loans.
- · Create and prepare Weekly reports with all the Releases.
- · Research County recorders on line if necessary as well as making phone calls to the counties and building relationships.
- · Create and prepare Bulk Releases for Bexar, Cook, New York and San Bernardino County.
- · Data entry of Recorded Releases and Re-Assignments Information.
- · Prepare Re-assignments necessary to complete payoff process.
- · Respond to customer inquiry to status of paid in full loans
- · Mail Paid in Full letters to those loans that had been paid, attaching Promissory Note stamped to those States that require it.
- · Prepare voucher to request checks from Accounting through Coupa System.
- · Upload and Submit Satisfactions and Assignments to be recorded in Simplifile (electronic recording) for those counties that are using e-recording system
- · Download all recorded Documents (Releases and Assignments) from Simplifile and send them to be Scan, Cross indexing and data entry..
- · Prepare documents to be scanned in Synergy.
- · Prepare a Release or Satisfaction on Land Deals
- · Create wire transfers report for electronic recordings charges.
- · Process Releases and code files that are requested monthly to the different Custodians.
- · Process Paid in Full files that are audited by Funding.
- · Shred files when had been zero balance, if applicable.
- · Data Entry of recorded satisfactions and sending them to be scanned if we received it by mail.
- · Prepare Releases per RTA request.
- · Give Support to the rest of Lien Release Team in all questions and/or procedures.
- · Prepare reports weekly to give an update to the Supervisor and Manager.
What are we looking for?
- Computer literate with some knowledge of Power Point, Word and Excel. Prior experience with or loan servicing experience.
- Notary public required in all Levels.
- Moderate level of proficiency processing wire transfers and check requests.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience interacting with all levels of Associates including senior executives, creating reports, and must be accurate and detail oriented.
- Professional appearance, customer service driven, cross functional and self starter.
