As a Sales Executive you would be responsible for executing your position’s responsibilities in alignment with our Spirit of Service culture and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards.
Job Summary:
Establish commonality and build rapport with prospective and/or current owners. Articulate the benefits of traveling with World Golf Village. Demonstrate a positive attitude within a high-energy environment.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
Conduct face-to-face presentations in our state-of-the-art sales center located at one of our record-breaking resorts. Find commonality with prospective and/or current owners. Communicate the benefits of traveling with World Golf Village. Generate sales through initializing transactions and utilizing proper closing techniques. Leads are prequalified and provided by the company. Attend advanced sales and career training.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Effectively present and deliver sales presentation in accordance with all company policies, compliance standards and regulatory requirements while maintaining minimum performance goals.

Previous timeshare sales experience a plus
1+ years of sales experience
Professional appearance and demeanor
Positive & enthusiastic attitude
Valid FL real estate license is a plus
