As the Maintenance Technician III, you will be responsible for performing basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and mechanical repair of the property and its associated systems and equipment.

SCHEDULE DETAILS:
Our Maintenance / Facilities Department operates 7 days per week. Hours of operation may vary based upon business needs including overnight shift.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
• Inspect guestrooms, public spaces and back of the house areas to repair, touch up or replace light bulbs, lamps, switches, outlets, faucets, toilets, hardware, filters, paint, furniture, wall covering, caulking, grouting or other miscellaneous repairs, requiring the individual to possess knowledge of a wide variety of maintenance trades in order to visually inspect and detect items needing repair.
• Basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry and mechanical experience is used frequently on the job.
• Performing these duties requires experience in using basic hand and power tools and the ability to stoop, kneel, grasp, lift, push and pull weights up to 100 lbs.
• Respond to and correct any guest complaints or maintenance trouble calls that may occur.
• Detailed record keeping in English is required for logs and inspection sheets.
• Assist in all other related tasks as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED
• 1 year of general maintenance experience
• Able to bend, stoop, walk and lift/push/pull up to 100 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation
• Able to accommodate a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays
It w
ould be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
• 2+ years or more of job related experience
• Universal Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Certification
• HVAC Certification
