What will I be doing?
- Provide outstanding service to both our internal and external customers.
- Support the Sales and Marketing departments by performing front desk, gifting, and kitchen responsibilities in a smooth and consistent manner.
- Track daily attendance for guests and trainings.
- Set, update, and manage the various rotations for sales executives.
- Register owners and guests for their sales presentations and assign appropriate Sales Executives with accurate codes.
- Answer phone calls and direct to the appropriate personnel.
- Consistently clean, restock and take inventory all kitchen supplies for the café and refreshment areas.
- Assist with Extra Premiums for all departments and reconcile nightly.
- Issue taxi/ride-share reimbursements to guests and owners or coordinate the pick up and drop off details with our transportation team.
- Carry out all other reasonable requests by management of which one can perform.

What we are looking for:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
