- Oversees member and guest relation functions.
- Promotes and sells memberships and spa services.
- Supervises member accounts and billing processes.
- Formulates and monitors budget,expenditures, and revenue forecast.
- Performs the duties of subordinate staff as needed.
- Completes all required training/compliance courses as assigned.
- Adheres to Company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Key Skills and experience:
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in the spa services field is required.
- A minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience in the spa service field is required.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to interpret and create policies, procedures and manuals.
- Excellent customer service.
- Able to establish and maintain a collaborative working relation.
- Ability to interpret and build spreadsheets.
- Able to use good judgment; work independently, with minimal direction.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Able to change from one task to another of a different nature, within established timeframes.
- Basic math skills.
- Cash handling skills (count currency, make and count back change.)
