As the Lead In House Marketing Representative, you will be supporting the Marketing Leaders by exploring innovative ways to improve and enhance efficiency and problem-solving, while creating and identifying novel solutions to current issues.
You will:
- Work as a production-based marketing representative fours days a week.
- Work one day purely devoted to the above Team Lead duties and one or more other days before/after production shift as needed.
- Be responsible for face-to-face guest contact and lead generation by actively building great relationships with Hilton Honors Rewards members, Hilton Grand Vacation’s resort guests, and Club members in the lobbies of Hilton Grand Vacations resorts & hotels.
- Speak to and schedule guest and owners to come into our sales gallery for a 60 or 90-minute, one-on-one presentation of our Hilton Grand Club vacation ownership offerings.
- Be encouraged to take ownership of the front-end of the sales cycle by approaching guests, qualifying leads, using our marketing gifts and incentives to assist you in setting appointments, and finally, booking guest appointments. Once these appointments are set, the guests are handed off to our Sales Executives who will then lead the presentation.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Supervise and own the activities of the Marketing Team, in support of the Manager of Marketing while acquiring maximum production and efficiencies. Must have positive demeanor and outlook while leading employees.
- Cultivate a cohesive, collaborative team environment.
- Monitor and track individual Team Member goals and performance in order to identify areas for opportunity.
- Provide detailed training on locations (how to draw in and pitch from each specific location/desk).
- Mentor and coach new Team Members in an effort to enhance and support onboarding program.
- Drive Execution
- Ensure all locations have current promotions and materials including: gift lists, invitations, and promotional items
- Effectively help to manage schedule and PTO requests to achieve production requirements
- Ensure maintenance of a comprehensive training manual and policy and procedures manual
- Cover shifts for absent team members including interacting with guests and booking of tours
Additionally, you will also sell our promotional vacation packages to the hotel guests as well.
- Work with In House team to create and coordinate on-going training
- Work with In-House Marketing Team to ensure production based shift allocation.
- Implement and maintain tools used to enhance productivity for marketing coordinators.
- Ensure that all policies and procedures are maintain and upheld by all of the team.
- Assist in resolving customer relations issues pertaining to marketing at the sales center or post tour.
- Help Team meet and achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals for: tour flow, volume, penetration, VPG, and POS Sales
- Provide feedback to management for coaching to marketing coordinators.
- Reviewing monthly reports for tour and sales tracking
- Floor duty to manage customer services issues
- Employee Relations matters
- Other assigned duties based on business needs
- Carry out all other reasonable request by management.

What are we looking for….
Hilton Grand Vacations is a leader in the vacation ownership industry, operating with an unwavering commitment to innovation, quality, and continued growth.
To fulfill this role optimally, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Able to work flexible schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Minimum 6 months of Timeshare Marketing experience
- Thorough understanding of the local area
- Excellent interpersonal and guest relations skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 + year of demonstrated ability to train and motivate individuals in the sales field
- 1+ year of experience in a supervisory role in Timeshare/Vacation Ownership industry
- Bachelor’s Degree
