Job Description

ＪＡＰＡＮ　Salesの販売目標値を達成するために、トレーニングマネージャーとしてH.I.L.T.O.N.バリューを実践のもと、ブランドの品位を保ちつつ、

下記職務を高い水準にて実行し、各チーム、個人のパフォーマンスの向上とビジネスの成功に貢献することを期待されています。

 

会社の戦略、方向性を正しく理解したリーダーシップの発揮と、トレーニングの実施

·       全国13拠点（営業チーム）のマネージャーやセールスリーダー、トレーナーチームと連携し、SE / VIP Agentへのイニシャル・トレーニング、

フォローアップ・トレーニングを計画し、対面およびオンラインで実施・記録し、Sales Executive / VIPエージェント の育成に努める。

·       環境の変化に率先して対応し、新規ビジネス及び既存ビジネスのための新しいアプローチや戦略を開発し、トレーニング効果の向上を図る。　

また、必要に応じて適切なセールスセッションの実施やチェックテスト作成・解説や必要資料の更新作業などを行う。

·       チームメンバー一人ひとりを理解することに努め、誠実さをもって信頼関係を築き、モチベーションの向上に貢献する。

·       会社の決定事項・方針を充分に理解した上で、より良いCustomer Journeyと顧客満足度の向上を求め、他部署と連携しながら

セールスツールの検討・提案などを行う。

·       その他マネージメントからのアサイン業務遂行
