JOB SUMMARY:
As an Engineering Inventory Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the administrative duties of the Engineering Department. You will be responsible for inventory, reporting, safety training and documentation, purchasing, filing, documenting project progress, and tracking repairs/replacements. In addition, you will be responsible for the overall cleanliness, organization and security of the Engineering Shop and all other maintenance areas such as the cart corrals and both on and off-site storage locations. Maintain proper working relations within the department and with other operating departments on property.
POSITION DETAILS:
- Minimum of two years of maintenance (engineering) experience
- Prior inventory experience preferred
- Accounting or purchasing management experience preferred
- Knowledge of general accounting principles
- CPO and EPA certifications preferred, but not required
- Able to frequently lift supplies and equipment
- VALID and CLEAN Driver’s License record
- Possess a team player attitude and excellent inter-personal skills
