As an Action Line Sales Leader/TO you would be responsible for driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards. The Sales Leader is responsible for closing or assisting Sales Executives in closing sales to qualified guests. This position supports the management team in meeting sales goals and reporting needs.
- Closes/assists in closing sales for Sales Executives in accordance with current sales and contract policies and sales targets.
- Assures all finance pricing guidelines, first day incentives and contract procedures are followed.
- Assures that sales are completed properly for submission to Contracts department.
- Follows up with sales business including conversion of pending business, anti-rescission measures and post cancellation calls.
- Refers any concern regarding the conduct of a Sales Executive or Sales Leader to Sales Management.
- Assists in other sales functions as needed and determined by the Sales Managers.
- Conducts themselves in a professional manner at all times whether interacting with internal team members and external guests.
- Participates in all sales meetings and training sessions.
- Carries out all other reasonable requests by management of which the employee is capable of performing.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current Navada timeshare agent license
- Must be available to work Saturdays, Sundays, evenings, holidays and any other days/ hours as required per business needs.
- 1 year of timeshare sales experience
- Proven ability to maintain positivity in good and bad times
- Demonstrated ability to clearly convey information that the guest will best understand
- Proven ability to maintain high level of productivity over time
- Skilled in using appropriate interpersonal skills to influence guest purchase decision
- Intermediate ability to use computer software specific to job
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- BA/BS/Bachelor's Degree
- 1 year of brand timeshare sales experience
- Previous timeshare sales closing experience
