We are looking for a talented Front Desk Clerk who can create exceptional experiences for our guests and owners from the moment they arrive until they depart. Join our team and be a part of something truly special.

Main Responsibilities:
- Greets guests and owners on arrival.
- Check in/out guests.
- Generates folio and collects payments.
- Receives housekeeping and maintenance requests or work orders and contacts accurate departmental personnel.
- Prepares and consistently restocks the front desk with supplies including preparing arrival packets and area information.
- Answering phones and directing calls.
- Other duties as assigned by your leader.
What are we looking for:
- Proficient English language
- Ability to multi-task responsibilities and prioritize duties to meet organizational deadlines and demands.
- 6 months Customer Service Experience.
- Open and flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred, but not required:
- Front Desk/Guest Services Agent
- Cash/credit card transactions
- Resort Hospitality or related industry
