Marketing Specialist you will be responsible for:
- Marketing Specialist will be responsible for servicing all In house guest onsite and at times prior to arrival. Offering the highest level of customer service in order to attract guest to attend the Hilton Grand Vacation Preview of the resort.

To perform this role successfully, you must have the following minimum background and experiences:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Detail oriented.
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Excellent customer service skills.
Proficient in time management; the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
Ability to take initiative and effectively adapt to changes.
Recognizes an emergency situation and takes appropriate action.
Able to establish and maintain a cooperative working relation.
Able to use sound judgment; work independently, with minimal supervision.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
