Job Description

As a Quality Assurance Manager, you would be responsible for:
  • Recruit, train, coach and performance manage a team of QAS’s 
  • Responsible and held accountable for the assigned team’s performance from Medallia, Contract errors, PAC, TP PAC, Cancellation Percentages, retention of associates as well as other assigned goals. 
  • Provide ongoing development of QAS to ensure excellent customer service by adhering to closing requirements and proper product knowledge. 
  • Ensure compliance with established policies procedures and systems
  • Ensure all QAS’s are following scripts as outlined
  • Ensure closing and contract data entry goals are met.

Qualifications

To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
  • Previous QAS experience
  • MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel and Synergy, Internet Explorer, SPI, 400, and good overall computer literacy and written/Verbal communications skills.  Knowledge of Bluegreen product line, exchange affiliations, benefits, and basic sales training
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
  • Previous Management experience
  • 3+ years as a QAS specialist or Manager
