Marketing Manager will be responsible to manage a local Marketing team in the assigned area to improve the Marketing desk performance aiming to invite customers to our Timeshare sales tours and be an initial introduction for them to a vacation-lifestyle!
As Marketing Manager;
- Manage assigned local Marketing team including performance management, hiring, working shift schedule control, daily operation maintenance & development to achieve the team target monthly/quarterly/annually.
- Maintain and improve team members’ performance and attitude of hospitality based on H.I.L.T.O.N. values.
- Work closely with Sales Manager and Marketing Planning Team to maximize the efficiency of Sales Gallery.
- Plan and execute promotions and events where customers are booked for timeshare tours.
- Establish good business relationship with the facilities & stores in the area where we have desk, promotions and Special Events.
- Hold individual monthly performance reviews with Marketing Executives and Lead Marketing Executives and coach/train/motivate members to maximize performance.
- Report to senior management to optimize the team operation keeping in line with company management.
- Other business requirements and duties assigned as needed

- アサインされたマーケティングチームのパフォーマンスマネージメント、チームメンバーの採用、シフトおよび労務管理、運営マネージメント
- 月および四半期のチームの目標数値(ターゲット)の達成のためのプランニングと施策実行
- H.I.L.T.O.N.バリューに基づくホスピタリティの精神とパフォーマンスの維持と向上
- セールスマネージャーおよびマーケティングプランニングのチームと連携、協力し、セールスギャラリーの営業効率の向上
- タイムシェア販売説明会予約促進のためのイベントやプロモーションのプランニングおよび遂行
- イベントおよびプロモーションを行う商業施設や店舗とのビジネス関係の構築と維持
- マーケティング・エグゼクティブおよびリード・マーケティング・エグゼクティブとのパフォーマンス面談を実施。コーチング、トレーニング、モチベートし、メンバーのパフォーマンスを最大限引き出せるよう支援する
- チーム運営の最適化に対するシニアマネージメントへの報告業務
- その他ビジネスに必要とされる任務を必要に応じて行う
- Strong leadership
- Excellent communication skill with all level of staff/vendors
- Business level computer skill: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Excellent interpersonal and guest relations skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritizing tasks.
- Polite Japanese language and business manners.
- Strong written/verbal skill in English and Japanese
- 2 years of management or supervisory experience
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- Both domestic and international travel (30-50%)
