As a Hilton Grand Vacations Administrative Assistant to the Resort Manager, you are providing administrative assistance to support outstanding customer service, report and correspondence preparation as well as help achieve all of departmental goals. What will I be doing?
As an Administrative Assistant to the Resort Manager, you can expect to execute the following essential functions of the job:
- Performs administrative duties for the resort including but not limited to: telephone operations, assisting with owner/guest requests, opening and distributing incoming mail, purchasing office supplies and equipment, coordinating training initiatives and file maintenance
- Maintain effective communication and coordinate all of departmental efforts to ensure all standards are met in the areas of productivity, profitability, cleanliness, and owner and guest satisfaction; report any unresolved problems to the Resort Manager
- Assist in the research and preparation of responses to owner/guest complaints or questions
- Apprise Resort Manager of owners’ delinquent accounts and prepare appropriate correspondence
- Assist Resort Manager with inspecting units and assure high quality housekeeping and maintenance by communicating to staff members appropriately
- Monitor use of guest supplies, maintenance parts and houseware inventory

To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- 0-3 of related experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
- Minimum of three years of relevant administrative experience required
- It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- At least a 2-year college (associate) degree preferred
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple numerical related tasks and maintain accuracy
