The Call Transfer Assistant Supervisor supports a Call Transfer Supervisor as well as the Sales Teams. Assistant Supervisors also work with and support the Sales Associates assigned to them to help them excess sales and conversion targets. The Assistant Supervisor’s sales team will take inbound calls that are transferred from various sources to promote the company’s products; explain available vacation offers, qualifications, sales terms; and answer all client questions appropriately, accurately and effectively in an attempt to sell vacations. The Assistant Supervisor will ensure that all clients’ purchasing and sales process expectations are met and/or exceeded. Incumbent oversees the daily operations of their sales team; such as training, monitoring, one-on-one coaching, call walking and working with senior management. The Assistant Supervisor will focus on Answer Percentage, Average Sales Price, Sales Per Agent and Closing Percentage by utilizing sales training and putting an emphasis on sales techniques and job knowledge to exceed sales targets. They will ensure that all team and department members adhere to company guidelines and scripting, and are professional and courteous at all times.
Duties:
- Assist in the Supervision of the day to day operations of a Call Transfer Sales Team while focusing on quality and maximizing vacation sales and call conversion percentage. In training, monitoring and motivating sales associates to maximize sale performance.
- Monitor and talk sales associates through potential sales calls. Take over calls for sales associates.
- Take transfered calls from partner brands
- Assist the Sales Supervisors in training, developing and working with Sales Associates assigned to a Sales Team to help them in exceeding their sales targets and minimum quotas.
- Assistant Supervisors will also train and develop the Sales Associates assigned to their personal Sales Team to help them in exceeding their sales targets and minimum quotas.
- Conduct weekly one-on-one Coaching for Improvement Forms and sessions with each Sales Associate assigned to Assistant Supervisor.
- Plan, strategizing and work closely with their Supervisors and other sales leaders to maximize sales opportunities and exceed Team sales and conversion targets.
- Interview potential sales candidates, as needed.
- Assist Supervisor Assist Supervisor in tracking sales associates attendance, schedule adherence and sales performance.
- Implement impromptu training sessions during times of low call volume to strengthen Sales Associates.
- Work with Supervisor and other sales leaders to come up with and implement a daily game plan for the success the Team.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of call center supervisory experience, Call Transfer and/or timeshare knowledge a plus, at least two years of experience in sales.
- Strategic management techniques, negotiation techniques, associate management techniques, communication techniques, productivity and performance management techniques, budget techniques, personnel law for managers, quality management, strategic customer relationship
- Very strong sales technique competency, strategic thinking, business-oriented, results-oriented, decision maker, self-directed, self-starter, assertive, creative, strong, analysis, evaluation, and planning capabilities, strong interpersonal relationship and communication skills to negotiate and obtain desired results, as well as to coach associates, make presentations, and to interact with interface organizational areas, customers, vendors, etc. Must be a team player who is positive and enthusiastic.
