As the Maintenance Manager, you will lead and oversee the engineering and facilities operations at the resort, playing a crucial role in shaping the maintenance programs and ensuring the team works together to achieve the organization’s annual business goals.

Duties include:
- Leads a team of motivated Maintenance Technicians.
- Completes property repairs and manages capital projects with company guidelines.
- Guides and grows team members for future career opportunities.
- Develops and completes the pivotal initiatives for the Engineering department, and makes adjustments to the operations in order to meet the strategic goals and interests of Resort Operations
- Ensure that the property’s Emergency Preparedness and Safety Awareness Plan(s) are updated and current at all times.
- Maintains an accurate inventory of operating supplies, and ensures that proper purchasing procedures are followed to maintain an adequate supply. Ensures all assets of the department, equipment, supplies and storage are properly locked and secured.
- Manages relationships, contracts, compliance, and interface issues with the operation’s business supporters and suppliers to ensure business needs and financial responsibilities are handled in a timely manner
- Performs other related activities as required.
Key Skills and experience:
- 3-5 years of related experience required.
- Previous supervisory experience is required.
- Ability to follow basic written and verbal directions, climb stairs and work on ladders up to 40′, push/pull up to 100 lbs, lift/carry up to 50 lbs, grasp, stoop, reach overhead
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- HVAC and EPA certification preferred but not required.
- OSHA certification preferred but not required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
