- In charge of identifying and directing guests who are flagged to check into the VIP area or By Hilton Club check in, or to marketing concierge desk
- Monitoring/ training the team’s execution of the delivery of VIP guests
- Onboarding new hires Conduct trainings for Greeters
- Facilitate reviews with management for Greeter team
- Assisting with the scheduling of Greeters based on location and arrivals
- Monitoring breaks for Greeters to ensure they are taking at appropriate times and not overlapping
- Filling in shifts for call outs and PTO
- Assisting Greeters and Marketing agents when there are questions about the up rotation / up replacement
- Ensures clear communication with management to assist with departmental needs
- Handle guest issues
- Be the acting liaison for the lobby at all times
- Ensures marketing executives have collateral needed
- Attends management strategy meetings

What are we looking for?
- To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

1 year of supervisory and/or experience advising a team in a sales or marketing environment.

1 year of timeshare marketing experience.

Ability to effectively manage people and scheduling for a large team.

Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Skilled in interpersonal skills as well as oral and written communication.
-
Strong organizational skills to run multiple duties in a fast-paced work environment while meeting deadlines.

Proven track record of resolving customer service issues or owner service issues.

High school diploma or equivalent
-
Ability to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends and holidays.
