What will I be doing?
Want to make a direct impact on the success of Hilton Grand Vacations? This role may be the right next step! This position supports the company in preparing and analyzing detailed financial results, as well as working with leaders and partners across the organization. It also supports the operations team by preparing financial reports through collecting, formatting, analyzing, and explaining variances as well as making financial decisions by assessing options based on organizational goals.
We are looking for an RO Business Operations Analyst (Financial Analyst). This stellar employee will work with Global RO team on descriptive and predictive analysis supporting the Resort and Club operations.

Create statistical and financial modeling.

Perform ad hoc financial analysis as needed.

Reviews financial data and provides recommendations to management in order to maximize operational efficiency and financial returns.

Work on special projects, initiatives, and day-to-day activities

Assists in the development and improvement of financial reporting tools.

Monthly financial reporting.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in business support, analytics, and data visualization
- Proficient in Hyperion/Smartview required, Excel, and the ability to transform data into insights
- Solid Descriptive Statistics
- High level of business knowledge and ability to understand and communicate in common business language
- Demonstrated ability to communicate with senior leadership on a consistent basis
Preferred Qualifications
- Timeshare experience related to Resort Operations and Club is a plus.
