This Barista position builds the experience for our customers by providing customers with timely service, quality beverages and products.
- Ensures quality and service is at an outstanding level displaying warmth and friendliness to guests and owners.
- Provides quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards. Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.
- Performs cashier functions ringing up purchased items. Ensures accuracy in balancing cash, credit card and room charge transactions. Maintains cash drawer and cash stabilizing at end of shift according to established departmental procedures.
- Maintains condiment bar, coffee cadence and stock levels in production areas. Including stock levels and cleanliness for cups, sleeves, ice, espresso beans and brewed coffee.
- Manages café’s cleanliness by maintaining a clean and organized workspace so that staff can locate resources and product as needed and emptying any necessary garbage.
- Delivers room service orders in a timely manner.

Qualifications:
- 6+ months previous customer service experience
- Must have previous cash handling/credit card transactions experience
- 24/7 Availability required
- Have or obtain a Health (Food Handlers) card upon offer for hire
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Previous Barista experience
- Prior knowledge of a POS system
