- Receive incoming mail to the Client Relations department (loan balance payoffs), enter comments into the system, make copies of checks for back up files, and call the Purchaser to confirm that checks have been received.
- Be available to answer questions for sales executives and managers.
- Sort files, so they are ready to be completed with new owners.
- Review and complete purchase documents with purchasers on as need basis.
- Assist with managing appointments for deeding process, complete notary services, and assist new clients with owner website navigation.

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of administrative/clerical experience
- Able to work a varying schedule including regular weekends and holidays
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- High level of professionalism and the ability to handle stressful situations with the highest integrity
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- BA/BS/Bachelor's Degree
- Contract preparation experience
- Familiarity with mortgage loan documentation, credit review and deeding
- Previous Timeshare/Vacation Ownership experience
