The Senior Marketing Manager improves tour bookings and profit generation through achieving targeted goals and driving penetration, while maintaining budgeted costs.
What will I be doing?
- Provides overall leadership and support to the team members and processes of the local on-site marketing programs.
- Responsible for the development and implementation of new creative marketing programs that increase tour flow, with an emphasis on sustained growth, sales efficiency, and guest experience.
- Recruits, trains, and develops Marketing Representatives.
- Coordinates effective tour management with sales leaders, and maintains open lines of communication of new procedures, programs, and policies.
- Leads the day-to-day operations at the resort level, including the management of Marketing Representatives, to ensure an outstanding guest experience.
- Operates in unison with Hotel Operations, Support Services, and Vendors to achieve goals.
- Supports the Marketing department in other functions as defined by the Director of Marketing.

What are we looking for?
- 2 years of management experience within the vacation ownership industry.
- Shown ability to develop and communicate unique ideas/concepts.
- Ability to empower and train team members.
- Proven track record of exceeding performance targets and delivering customer happiness.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills to run multiple duties and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to have positive daily interactions with others and influence abilities to achieve targeted goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- 4 years of vacation ownership experience in marketing & sales.
- Proven ability to drive and implement site programs and systems.
