This position handles the care, maintenance, and general upkeep of the property grounds to include basic landscape as well as general cleanliness.
What will I be doing?
As a Grounds Keeper you will be responsible for driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Perform routine and special general labor work assignments as directed.
- Maintain the property grounds including basic landscaping and overall cleanliness, using backpack blowers and pressure wash desks and other surfaces
- Transport and use of tools, materials, and supplies as required
- Remove trash, remove and reinstall trash dumpsters
- Remove dust, dirt, grease, and waste material from surfaces.
- Dig holes, ditches, and trenches.
- Maintain detailed record-keeping in English for logs and inspection sheets.
