What will I be doing?
As the Cook III, you would be responsible for executing your position’s responsibilities in alignment with our Spirit of Service culture and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

- Salary Range: $25.50 – $31.87 per hour

Additional Responsibilities Include:
- Prepare appetizers, soups, salads, entrees, desserts and other food items.
- Maintain 100% quality food production at all times.
- Meeting timing of food items as required by guest/supervisor.
- Proper communication with supervisors and co-workers.
- Maintain, organize and rotate inventory.
- Timely and complete set up of culinary equipment.
- Maintain clean and safe working area including refrigeration.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations.
- Maintain and project a positive attitude.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.

To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum one (1) year prior experience in all cooking techniques required.
- Must have basic equipment knowledge and maintenance.
- Must have basic understanding of sanitation and safety knowledge. ServSafe Certification and/or ability to obtain certification required.
- Must have knife handling skills.
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Culinary education preferred.
- Prior experience in similar position in hotel environment preferred.
