As a Lead Document Services, you would be responsible for implementing your position’s responsibilities and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Responsible for assisting with the supervision of staff and processes related to recordation of Developer and Capital Light contracts.
- Assist with answering questions from department employees; internal departments and working with external contacts (i.e. title underwriters, attorneys, etc.).
- Maintain the coordination of work assignment for team as needed.
- Assist with development, documentation and implementation of policies, process flows and procedures.
- Review existing policies and procedures with management and offer feedback regarding opportunities for improvement.
- Assist with preparing and maintaining reports for Capital Light recordings, developer escrow releases, and bank reconciliations.
- Assist with training of new team members. Provide sophisticated training for existing team members.
- Assist manager with running, crafting and maintaining monthly/quarterly/annual reports.
- Handle all PCC processes for Capital Light projects.
- Assist with the auditing of team member files for performance matrix purposes.
- Support DDFS management with maintaining, monitoring, testing, scanning, and workflows as well as testing other technology related to departmental functions.
- Provide feedback to management to help ensure standard methodologies are in use.
- Look for opportunities to improve technology.
- Support with inventory and recording resolution issues.
- Carry out any reasonable request by management of which the employee is capable of performing.

- Associate’s Degree/College Diploma
- 1+year related experience
- Must possess excellent organizational skills
- Must have good written, verbal & communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work well in under time constraints
- Must have MS Excel experience with crafting and maintaining spreadsheets
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- 3+years related experience
- Supervisory experience
- Previous timeshare experience a plus
- Knowledge of the documents required for a timeshare closing
- Access Database experience a plus
