Assistant Manager Leisure Club – Annual Salary £24,795
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team as we re-open our Leisure Club, following a £2 Million refurbishment investment.
An Assistant Leisure Club Manager is responsible for assisting the Club Manager with operations, team management, and training to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while helping to achieve annual revenue targets.
We are looking for a leisure professional that is passionate about delivering customer service who has an ambition to drive service quality improvement and programme development.
The ideal candidate will have previous management/supervisory experience in a leisure environment. You’ll be passionate about fitness and sport, working to achieve the highest standards of cleanliness and safety whilst on duty. You will have a flexible approach to working hours as this role will include weekend and evening working.
With your natural coaching abilities and hands on style of management, you’ll assist in leading the team to deliver a high quality, friendly service. You’ll make sure we provide a safe and secure environment for our members and guests through your strong knowledge of and adherence to legislative compliance: Level 2 Fitness Instructor/Assessor, First Aid at Work and Pool Plant Operators are desirable qualifications.
