SCHEDULE DETAILS:
Our Sr. Marketing Manager In House will work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Provides overall leadership and support to the team members and processes of the local on-site marketing programs.
- Responsible for the development and implementation of new creative marketing programs that increase tour flow, with an emphasis on sustained growth, sales efficiency, and guest experience.
- Recruits, trains, and develops Marketing Representatives.
- Coordinates effective tour management with sales leaders, and maintains open lines of communication of new procedures, programs, and policies.
- Leads the day-to-day operations at the resort level, including the management of Marketing Representatives, to ensure an outstanding guest experience.
- Operates in unison with Hotel Operations, Support Services, and Vendors to achieve goals.
- Supports the Marketing department in other functions as defined by the Director of Marketing.

To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of management experience within the vacation ownership industry.
- Proven track record to develop and communicate outstanding ideas/concepts
- Ability to empower and train teams
- Proven track record to exceed performance targets and deliver customer satisfaction
- Possess strong interpersonal skills to lead multiple duties and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to have positive daily interactions with others and influence skill set to achieve targeted goals
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- 4 years of vacation ownership experience in marketing & sales
- Proven track record to drive and implement site programs and systems.
