As a Digital Experience Analyst, you will be responsible for executing email deployments and building automated workflows, supporting the ongoing growth of the organization through collaborating with cross-functional teams, finding solutions to technical issues and seeking opportunities to drive efficiency in tool.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end e-mail campaign management and support in-tool
- Scheduling and deploying large volume emails
- Build appropriate email workflows and maintain workflow templates
- Manage reporting on campaign (ex: tracking, successful sends/failures/exclusions/opens/clicks etc.)
- Supporting the integrity of IP health and ISP reputation by reviewing reports, escalating concerns and taking measures to maintain health and reputation

Key Skills
- Experience working in digital marketing environments where e-mail channel is primary focus for targeting consumers
- Experience delivering to large audience volumes and segmentations
- Experience with email deliverability practices to maintain IP health
- Experience working with and building automated email campaigns in email service provider(s)
- Variable HTML and JavaScript knowledge
- Experience working with Adobe Campaign Classic and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Experience building complex workflows with automation and variable components
- Deep understanding and experience with customer journey mapping
Experience required
- BA/BS/bachelor’s degree
