As Inventory Management Specialist you will provide a high level of customer service while responding to inventory requests received by the Inventory Management Department email inboxes. After the initial training period, you'll eventually transition into a hybrid schedule where you’ll work from home and in our office.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Responsible for the completion of fundamental daily inventory processes.
- Perform room night allocations.
- Compile daily room night booking activity and pace information for assigned HGV Developed, Fee for Service and Managed properties.
- Build group blocks in VOICE and input contracted allocations in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assist with annual inventory processes including but not limited to maintenance of Club Points Cost Table, Club and Owner Fixed Week Auto-Blocking, Update of Club Open Season Rates, Input of Annual Maintenance/Refurbishment Schedules
- Add and release inventory allocations as needed for Direct Stay and Partner Perk hotel properties.
- Perform special projects or other ad hoc requests by Senior Inventory Management as needed.

What are we looking for?
- High School Graduate or Equivalent
- 2 or more years of experience in the hospitality industry; i.e. Front Desk, Reservations, Club or Inventory Control areas.
- Must have a strong aptitude for data input and working within an operating system.
- Proven computer experience with a Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- 1 year of Timeshare experience
- Experience with VOICE
