What will I be doing?
The Digital Experience Analyst will be responsible for creating best in class digital experiences and supporting digital marketing efforts through the Rental Ecommerce’s content management system, booking engine, and email marketing platform. This role will combine content management, digital marketing, commerce, and customer insights to deliver scalable campaigns across various marketing channels (web, email, etc.). The Analyst is vested with the responsibility of ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery of all materials supporting publishing of promotional offers to exceed rental revenue attainment goals.
You will be responsible for driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Daily activities include the execution of projects that support campaign or promotional offer development.
- Plans and schedules reviews with stakeholders to understand requirements, priorities, timelines, and to obtain approvals prior to the publication/release to production that exceed clients expectations.
- Use effective communication skills and technical knowledge to translate technical solutions to non-technical clients.
- Facilitates project meetings and provides regular updates via meeting minutes on the status of assigned deliverables and projects.
- Responsible that all execution is consistent with website CMS or booking engine capabilities, brand standards, and user experience (UX/UI) best practices.
- Verifies that URL naming structure, keyword content, meta tags, and UTM traffic tracking parameters conform with SOPs.
- Conducts quality assurance (QA) audits prior to deployment.
- Performs campaign analysis and the publishing of Metric Monday reporting of key performance indicators for short and long-term deployments.
- Develops and maintains standard operating procedure (SOP) documentation for business processes for the day-to-day execution of content management processes.

- Completes all required Company training/compliance courses as assigned.
- Adheres to Company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

In addition, the following qualifications, knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience are preferred:
- Prior experience with content management systems (e.g.: WordPress, Drupal, Amadeus IHotelier Suite) and web analytics software (e.g.: Google Analytics/GA4 or Adobe Analytics.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
