As an Executive Assistant you will provide clerical and administrative support to the Senior Vice President level leaders.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Develops a general understanding of the business to provide administrative assistance and support
- Demonstrates excellent interpersonal communication skills and confidentiality in the handling of incoming telephone calls and
correspondence - Demonstrates strong organizational skills in a fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to take and transcribe minutes
- Maintains a professional appearance and attitude
- Schedules appointments and meetings
- Arranges business travel, reconciles expense reports, and crafts and streamlines processes and procedures
- Maintains an orderly office filing system; files, faxes, photocopies and distributes mail as the need arises
- Monitors project deadlines and deliverables
- May generate reports
- Anticipates needs of regional leadership and takes appropriate action

- 2+ years of clerical and/or office work experience
- 1+ year of experience in customer service
- Ability to interact and communicate successfully with all levels of customers/guests, managers and executives
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- Flexible work schedule, must be able to travel as required for business needs
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
