As a business partner to the Sales & Marketing leadership with strong focus on inventory management and tour wave optimization. Responsible for accuracy and consistency of information, improving operational performance, and working with other departments to ensure the Company’s goals are achieved. Assists Business Operations team to process AP and month end goals as vital.
- Oversee Sales & Marketing Administration including Front Desk, Gifting and Client Relations
- Serve as liaison between Corporate, Resort Operations and external vendors/service providers
- Monitor all contract exceptions from Underwriting Guidelines and the Interest Grid and responsible for submitting monthly contract exception reports
- Have a clear understanding of all Sales and Marketing-related Company and local guidelines, policies, and procedures that are used for the operation of the Distribution Center (DC)
- Responsible for monitoring cancellations, suspense aging and pender reports; actively coordinate with Client
- Relations and Corporate Contracts to resolve any issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Monitors all tour information and ensures that daily openings and closings are completed in an accurate and timely manner
- Ensure Guest Services policies and procedures are implemented and enforced
- Supervise and keep track of the level of premiums and order premiums as necessary
- Ensure the all spending and costs are within guidelines
- Submit invoices to Accounts Payable for processing and researches any payable-related issues.
- Deliver a high quality of internal and external guest service
- Heavily utilize Excel and other proprietary systems for data entry, tracking and reporting.
- Carry out any reasonable request by management of which the employee is capable of performing.

Basic Qualifications:
- 1+ yr Management experience
- Ability to effectively communicate
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel Ability to set priorities and handle multiple requests in a multifaceted environment
- Flexible work schedule to include evening, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5 + yrs Management Vacation Ownership experience
- Experience with Voice and Cognos
